Rachael is the owner & founder of Short But Sweet, a multi-award-winning bakery. She loves to support hospitality businesses and bringing owners together.

Sarah is the co-owner & founder of The Bees Country Kitchen and Deli with her husband Mike. Starting in Chorley covered market in 2015 and moving to their larger premises in Primrose Gardens in 2022. Sarah has a passion for all things local, using ingredients and suppliers based close to home to create wholesome meals and events.
